SaaS Agreement

This SaaS Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between bepari.info, a SaaS Solution (“Provider”), and Customer’s , a company or individual (“Customer”). This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance by the Customer.

1. Services

Provider agrees to provide the Customer with access to and use of its SaaS service, described as “bepari”. The Customer agrees to use the service in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

2. Terms of Service

Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the terms of service, including the Terms and Conditions. By accepting these terms, the Customer agrees to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payment

Customer agrees to pay Provider the fees associated with the selected service plan, which are outlined on the Pricing Page of our website. Payments will be made in accordance with the billing terms selected during the subscription process.

4. User Responsibilities

Customer shall be responsible for:

• Accurate and up-to-date information.
• The security of login credentials.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Privacy

Provider shall process Customer data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

Provider retains all rights to its intellectual property. Customer shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service.

7. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Customer may terminate the agreement by following the cancellation procedures outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Provider may terminate the Agreement for breach of terms and conditions or for any other valid reason.

8. Warranty and Support

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Customer acknowledges that the service is provided “as is.” Support is available as outlined in the Support Policy.

9. Liability

Provider’s liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Process.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

12. Acceptance

By clicking the “I Agree” button during the online subscription process, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
